Pampanga Photography Enthusiasts was initially a group exclusively for Nikon users and later became open to all. Admin Hecsterson Mangalindan organized a first meet with Arnold Cabilangan’s assistance at Air Force City Clark, Pampanga, 03-13-2016.
Invited by Ejay Refugio, member of the group, we attended the said event, bring Sarah Jane Mendoza as our model.
